World’s Largest 4D Gaussian Splat!

And fun fact, it was Intel that originally made it! I remember seeing the results in 2017, and my mind was blown. You could capture something once, and reframe it infinitely in post. Alas, intel (like many other players) realized 4d capture was too early and shuttered the studio. Now some of the OG team re-processed it with the SOTA radiance fields research, and found they could get that whole capture processed on a few machines vs. the hundreds it originally took. So now we have a 4d gaussian splat processed from one of the largest volumetric capture stages ever made. This is what I love about reality capture -- your data gets better with time, and ages like fine wine :) The studio that re-processed this intel dataset is Wild Capture (wildcapture.io) - they're a volcap shop in Marina del Rey.
